After step 1, check if the firmware can be upgraded after connecting on the App. If detected, more games can be supported after the upgrade is completed. If it is already at the latest version, please check whether new games are available.

First of all, please connect the device to WiFi. After waiting for 4 hours, a pop-up box will pop up on Govee Home APP, to remind you to upgrade the firmware. Please confirm that your device firmware is upgraded to the latest version (V 1.00.26.12).
My monitor supports HDMI 2.1, what if there is no screen display or the screen flickers?
The game box does not support HDMI 2.1 functions, please set the HDMI2.1/2.0 input port to AV mode and turn off the HDMI 2.1 related functions (G-sync, VSR, VRR, ALLM, 4K120Hz, etc.).
