A video of some students of the Kano University of Science And Technology Wudil being punished by their lecturer has gone viral.
In the video, the students could be seen doing ‘frog jump’ as well as kneeling down on the podium in the theater hall.

My way Dey slap my class teacher for secondary school na em one stupid lecturer go say make I kneel down na better slap he go collect
That lecturer is a brute and a bully. He has nothing to teach those students except lay a bad example. An intellectual doesn’t resort to violence no matter what. No wonder we churn out educated illiterates from our tertiary institutions
God delivered me from this school. I got admission into the school around 2005, they started turning me up and down during my registration process. I complained about the hitches encountered, The Register sat me down in his office and started brainwashing me to turn into a Muslim and change my State of Original from Anambra to Kano. That was the last day they saw me in the school.

It’s correct as long he is not flogging or beating them , let’s restore decorum in our universities else one day a student will stand up and beat his lecturer

Where is human right?
It is at this stage youths are to be trained to live peacefully as they should in the society as matured persons. Treatment like this will make them brutal and violently just as the lecturer has been dealing with them.
This is a Muslim university in Kano, what do you expect?. The teacher probably lectures in Hausa. Girls are hijab wearing students and classes are separated according to gender. The male students are always upset with you if you speak English or talk to any of the female students.
Za feful of za class lack indisplin.
These are students who will kill a southern Christain when there’s a riot in Pakistan about blasphemy. Honestly a southerner has no business coming to a place like this. What you see here is what you’ll get.
