Important Note:
1. The gas spring is pre-set to minimum tension. You will need to adjust the tension according to your monitor’s weight once the monitor is hung on.
2. Please hold the arm in a horizontal position.
How to solve the problem of VESA plate being crooked or not straight?
After securing the stand to a desk, please attach the monitor first, then hold the sides of monitor with both hands, and rotate vigorously. If that doesn’t work out, please do not hesitate to ask for our help.
If the monitor is facing down, how should I adjust it?
First, you need to loosen the tilt bolts. Then you hold the bottom of the monitor with one hand and adjust it to determine the angle of inclination you want. Finally, re-tighten the tilt bolt to fix the intended angle.

Please confirm your monitor’s size is within 35”, the VESA plate is 75x75mm or 100x100mm, and the weight is 4.4-30.9 lbs. Your desk thickness is 0.4”-3.3” (clamp mount) and hole diameter of 0.4”-2.4”(grommet mount).
What is the solution if your monitor VESA pattern is not 75x75mm or 100x100mm?
If your VESA pattern is 200x100mm or 200x200mm, just feel free to relate with us to get a VESA adapter for free. If your VESA exceeds the above range or has no VESA holes, you will need to purchase a suitable VESA adapter.
