The UCF Knights will meet the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in a Friday night showdown in the Gasparilla Bowl at Raymond James Stadium.

UCF comes into tonight’s game with a 6-6 record after wrapping up their regular season with a 27-13 victory over the Houston Cougars. In their Big 12 debut season, the Knights managed to achieve a 3-6 conference record, tying for 9th place in the conference standings.

On the other side, Georgia Tech put up a fight against the No. 1 Georgia Bulldogs in their last game of the season but ended up falling 31-23. Quarterback Haynes King was instrumental for Georgia Tech, amassing 2,755 passing yards and throwing 26 touchdowns
