The electronic duo turn up the heat with a more intense song to close out the year, featuring the Brit-Indian rapper and the folktronica duo

Among the most popular names in Indian electronic music, DJ-producer pair Tech Panda and Kenzani close the year with an energetic, menacing new track “Talk To Me Nice,” featuring Indian-origin U.K. rapper Raxstar and folktronica duo Hari & Sukhmani.
While songs like “Dilbar” with fellow producer duo Rusha & Blizza hit the mark early in 2023, songs like “Mohabbat” and “Dua” also kept their flag high as the duo have steadily become favorites on the music festival circuit in the country. Now, they take a different approach in some senses with “Talk To Me Nice,” which they term as their “hardest-hitting track yet.” The New Delhi duo comprising Rupinder Nanda and Kedar Santwani add in a statement, “It was absolutely thrilling to blend different moods. The total structure of the song has been a surprise for us as well – we always try keeping our tracks unpredictable and this was no exception. We hope our listeners enjoy the track as much as we did creating it.”
Raxstar brings in a quickfire verse that plays up his journey so far, in the way that he’s addressing any perceived competition who might be coming for him. Hari & Sukhmani, for their part, blend easily into the electronic track with a short but impactful Punjabi hook between them.
There are elements of 2 step garage and drum and bass, but the duo say seem to always work with a fresh sonic palette for each release. “We always hit the reset button when it comes to getting nervous about a release and remember that our core music style has always been fusion, experimental music,” they add.
The fusion banger – mixed and mastered by Grammy winning producer Luca Pretolesi, who has worked on albums by Diplo, J Balvin and Snoop Dogg among others – is slated for release on December 16th. You can hear it a day ahead of its release exclusively below.
