1416 ET – Google Fiber is rolling out broadband “nutrition levels,” part of a new consumer-transparency rule adopted by the Federal Communications Commission. The labels are supposed to be easy to understand so that consumers can easily shop around for the best deal on home internet. The labels are required to show prices, including introductory rates, as well as speeds, data allowances, and other critical broadband service information.
