The Kioxia XG8 KXG8AZNV1T02 is a fast PCIe Gen4x4 NVMe SSD of the XG8 series. It uses 112-Layer-3-D-TLC flash memory (3 bits per cell) from Kioxia and a SLC-cache for high short term read and write speeds. The KXG8AZNV1T02 is the SED variant of the KXG80ZNV1T02 and rated for up to 7000 MB/s sequential reads and 5600 MB/s sequential writes.
