Job Overview

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing of candidates that best fit client’s requirements, manage and implement the eRecruiter sourcing strategy and recruitment process to achieve set results. At eRecruiter, placement targets are seen as a guide rather than a “hard target”, and we will reward you just for making a placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source for candidates within a short turnaround time.

• Experience recruiting for engineering and non-engineering roles

• Negotiating contracts; including management of contracts, defining the scope of the contract & interpretation.

• Managing offers (pay & salary rates) between clients and candidates.

• As a technical recruiter, you will rely on headhunting rather than job postings.

• Immerse yourself in the clients’ culture

• Responsible for achieving your individual target

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a technical recruiter. If you work in a firm where you focus on “replacing” candidates for outsourced staff, then this role is NOT for you.

• Excellent communication skills – This is standard

• Strong emotional intelligence – the life of a recruiter is difficult and full of ups and downs

• High attention to detail – you want to hear what the client is NOT saying

• Ability to think on your feet – we recognize that dealing with some clients can be challenging, you need to be able to make the right decisions quickly.
