Delivery Hero’s Acquisition of HungerStation Showcase Success of Saudi Food-Tech Startups

Delivery Hero SE has announced that it has acquired all outstanding minority shareholdings in HungerStation Holding Limited, the sole shareholder of HungerStation Company Ltd in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This transaction will give Delivery Hero sole ownership of HungerStation, the leading food delivery player in Saudi Arabia.

HungerStation has been operating in Saudi Arabia for 10 years and has a strong position in the market, with over 10,000 partner restaurants and more than 300 million customer orders. The company has also made significant contributions to the development of the food delivery sector in Saudi Arabia, including pioneering the use of technology to improve customer service and efficiency.
