[PREMIERING 9PM ET] Major Blow to Biden Admin and Federal Agencies in Free Speech Case, Judge Blocks Communication With Big Tech: Louisiana AG Jeff Landry [ATL:NOW]

On Tuesday, a federal judge made a landmark ruling in the Missouri v. Biden case on free speech and partially granted an injunction that blocks various Biden administration officials and government agencies like the DOJ, FBI, CDC, and DHS from communicating with Big Tech to censor posts.

The injunction says the agencies and their staff members are prohibited from meeting or contacting by phone, email, or text message or “engaging in any communication of any kind with social-media companies urging, encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner for removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech.”

We sit down with Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry to get his reaction. He brought the lawsuit against the Biden administration with the attorney general of Missouri.
