Here is a rare 1863 25c 25 Cents William Fessenden Fractional Currency Postage Currency 3rd issue with green back. William was Abraham Lincoln Secretary of State. Used to buy postage stamps during the 1800’s Because of the shortage of metal they did this. This 25 cent stamp size currency is in very fine condition. Really Nice note.
