PE major KKR raises $2.52b so far for third tech growth fund

Global private equity giant KKR & Co has so far raised $2.52 billion for its third technology growth fund, its filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) showed.

The PE major’s filings disclosed that KKR Next Generation Technology Growth Fund III has raised the capital from 90 investors, without indicating a target corpus for the fund. The firm also raised another $13.5 million for a sidecar fund, KKR Next Generation Technology Growth Fund III Private Investors.
