JVC LX-NZ3 4K laser projector has just arrived

JVC has launched the LX-NZ3 4K laser projector in the US, UK and Europe. The gadget was revealed at CES 2023, delivers up to 3,000 lumens brightness and can throw images up to 100-in (~258 cm) wide, supporting HDR. The device features HDMI ports and a 6.25 ms input lag for gaming.

The JVC LX-NZ3 projector has been launched in countries around the world. You can now buy the gadget in the US at the JVC online store for US$3,499.95. The device is currently available in the UK at stores like Yorkshire AV for £3,898, and in the EU for €3,699, on sale at places like Beamer-winkel.nl.

The LX-NZ3 was revealed at CES 2023 as the LX-NZ30, where it won an Editor’s Pick award. The gadget, selling as LX-NZ3B for the black model and LX-NZ3W for the white version, can throw 4K images up to 100-in (~254 cm) wide, with support for HDR10 and HLG. Auto Tone Mapping optimizes an HDR image, and the device has a dynamic contrast ratio. A laser light source with BLU-Escent technology produces up to 3,000 lumens brightness and is expected to last up to 20,000 hours.

You can connect to the gadget via USB or two HDMI ports, one of which supports HDCP2.2; a 6.25 ms low latency allows you to use the projector for gaming. Image perfecting tools include +/-60% vertical & +/-23% horizontal lens shift and keystone correct. The JVC LX-NZ30 projector generates 29 dB running noise in Eco mode and measures 405 x 341 x 145.8 mm (~15.9 x 13.5 x 5.75-in).
