How to reset Pro80 Bluetooth earbuds?
1. Delete the paired Pro80 Bluetooth list from your phone, then turn off Bluetooth from your phone.
2. Take out one earbud from the charging case. Press and hold it for 5 seconds, you will hear a voice prompt that the tone is “power off”, so the previous pairing memory is cleared. Take out the other earbud and repeat the above steps to reset.
3. Place both earbuds into the charging case. After about 10 seconds, remove both earbuds at the same time to connect.
4. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth and search for Pro 80 to connect.
If the left and right headphones can not be connected, also follow the above method can be reset after the pairing.

Precautions
