Tencent and Logitech’s G Cloud portable console enters other region

Tencent and Logitech-co-developed G Cloud portable console entered the Taiwan region on Thursday, pricing at 11,990 New Taiwan dollars ($390). The launch partnered with local carrier Taiwan Mobile. They offered an option to buy a carrier’s 5G service pack for 36 months to get the console for free, even though the device does not support 5G. The console is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon’s mid-end 720G chipset, 4 GB LPDDR4 RAM, and 64 GB storage. The device also supports an external micro SD card for extra storage volume. It weighs 463 grams and features a 7-inch 1080p LCD display with a 60 Hz refresh rate and 450 maximum brightness. The console has Xbox Cloud Gaming, Nvidia GeForce Now, and Steam Link preinstalled. Logitech G Cloud was first launched in North America in September. [ITHome, in Chinese]
