About headset operation
1. How to pair?
When pairing for the first time, please turn on the Bluetooth of your device, and take out true wireless earbuds to connect to pair.
2. What about low volume?
Click the R earbud to increase the volume.
3. Can’t connect to your phone?
Do not place the device more than 32 feet away from the headphones wireless. Disconnect the wireless headphones Bluetooth from other devices. Then re-pair.
4. Only one Bluetooth earphone can be used?
(1) Place both in-ear headphones in the charging case properly to charge. Delete the previous Bluetooth pairing information on your phone.
(2) Take out both wireless earphones and pair them with your phone again.
5. If the sound level on one side of the earbuds is too high or too low or the headphones are not working properly.
It is possible that the speakers and accessories of the ear buds have malfunctioned during shipping, please notify us for replacement.
6. If any product problem occurs, please notify us first for a solution.
