Laser Cut

Laser cutting is a technology typically used to shape product with the highest amount of precision. It works by directing the output of a high-power laser through optics, achieving astonishing precise results and avoiding all the durability and structural issue caused my other types of shaping process, like stamp steel.

Sanding

Each product is carefully sanded to clean and remove any impurities from the whole surface area.

Welding

Brackets, if needed, are welded on the plate with high quality materials. One inch of welding steel can hold up to 2000 lb in weight.

Paint

Painting is the last step in the manufacturing process. We currently use industrial grade Latex Paint to keep our impact on the environment as low as possible.
