To restore factory setting: When the headset is on, press and hold the control panels on both earbuds for 8 seconds to TURN OFF, then press and hold the touch panels for 8 seconds again to RESTORE factory setting. After that, put both earbuds back into the charging case and take them out to repeat the connection process to your Bluetooth device and the problems will be solved.
