If the sport earbuds headphones cannot be charged, please try the following.
Please Note: When using the sports headphones for the first time, please tear off the insulating film of the headphones charging port, put the headphones in the charging case for 10 minutes, and then take out the headphones for pairing.
1. Just received the sports headphones and cannot charge it.
There is a transparent protective film at the charging place of the headphones, please remove it first.
2. How to extend the life of the sport earbuds?
Our earphones are made of waterproof material, but in order to extend the life of the product. Before charging the earbuds, please remember to wipe the sweat on the charging port of the earbuds with a cloth, and then put it in the charging case. After exercise, sweat can easily enter the charging port of the earbuds. If the sweat on the earphones charging port cannot be cleaned, the earphones will easily electrolyze when recharging, making it difficult to charge the earphones.
3. The charging box cannot be charged.
Please try to replace the charging cable and use a standard charging adapter DC-5V 1A.

If can’t connect the sport wireless earbuds, please try these steps to reset.
Please Note: When using the sports headphones for the first time, please tear off the insulating film of the headphones charging port, put the headphones in the charging case for 10 minutes, and then take out the headphones for pairing.
1. Take out the wireless sport earbuds headphones from the charging case, press and hold the multi-function button for 4 seconds to turn off the earphones.
2. Press and hold the multi-function buttons of the two sport wireless earphones for 5 seconds at the same time, and then release them after the red and blue indicator lights flash.
3. Double-click the right earbuds multi-function button, wait for 3-5 seconds, the headset will automatically connect, when the blue indicator light of the other headset flashes slowly, it means that the two headsets are successfully paired.
4. If the other sport bluetooth headphone is flashing red and blue lights alternately, it means that it has entered the pairing state and is requesting pairing with the mobile phone.
5. If the above method is invalid, please delete the mobile phone connection record and search again to pair.
6. Besides, you can try to use other devices to connect the headset to check whether there is a problem with the device.
