How to activate True Wireless Stereo(TWS) mode?
Long press the power button to turn on the speaker. And choose a master speaker.
Double click its play/pause button quickly to activate TWS. The master speaker will search another TWS speaker available and pair. A short tone after the successful pairing.
Use your device to connect the master speaker via Bluetooth and start to play the music with TWS sync effect.
How to connect Bluetooth?
Turn on the speaker. Long press the power button. After a short intro tone, the default Bluetooth mode will be activated.
Open the Bluetooth on the Bluetooth device you want to use and pair. Search for the Bluetooth name S31 on the list. Make sure no other devices connected to either of the speaker or the device.
Then choose S31 and pair in no minute. There will be a short tone after the successful connection.
Adjust the volume of both the speaker and the device.
How to turn up the volume?
The default startup volume is 70%. Please long press the + key to increase the volume until the speaker beeps at the max volume.
Keep the speaker and the phone both on max volume to make sure you have the best and loudest audio enjoyment.

The original version of S31 bluetooth speaker has a musical intro, which has been using for many years for our offline business. After receiving feedbacks about dislike of the intro, we rectified it immediately.
