Can I use each earbud independently?
Yes, each earbud can pair your device independently. If you want to use only one earbud, you can turn the other earbud off by holding it’s MFB button for about 5 seconds or put it back in the charging case.
What can I do if one earbuds has no sound?
Put both earbuds into the charging case and close the case then open again, check whether the earbuds will flash with blue-light, if not, hold that earbuds’ MFB button for about 5 seconds to manually turn it on and check if the Bluetooth pairing is succeeded.
How do I make the noise reduction work?
Hold the right ear MFB buttons for 2 seconds, earbuds can be switched to “ANC on Mode”, “Transparency Mode” “ANC off Mode”
1. When hearing the voice prompt “ANC On”, the earbuds are in the ” ANC on Mode “, you can get the noise reduction to work.
2. When hearing the voice prompt “dududu”, the earbuds are in the “Transparency Mode”, which helps you to hear the sounds around you.
3. When hearing the voice prompt “ANC off”, both the “ANC on Mode” and “Transparency Mode” are off.
