1. Please set it according to the steps in the manual, and verify whether your setting steps are the same as the steps in the manual? (This operation is very important. Many customers don’t like to follow the instructions)
2. Set the OBS audio to restore the default, or use other acquisition software to test. For example: PORTPLAY.
3. Set the audio capture sampling rate to 48Khz（The detailed steps are in the manual）
4. The audio output mode needs to be set: Capture audio only（The detailed steps are in the manual）
5: After completing the above steps, there are still problems, get the latest firmware update.
