How P-sensor works?
Wear earbuds in your ears, P-sendor is on.ANC mode will be stopped if you take one earbud off. Conversely, put the earbud back to ear, ANC on again.If you get one earbud off while playing music, music is stopped until you get earbud back into ear or tap PLAY button.The music is cutted off while playing, that might be P-senor detecting the improper wearing. Please make sure you have correct eartips, earbuds won’t slip out.P-senor detects earbuds wearing, the touching operation works. Otherwise, the touching operation is invalid.

Troubleshooting for Low Volume
Most Android phones do not support volume synchronization (the volume of the phone and the volume of the earbuds need to be adjusted separately). When the wireless earbuds is connected to the phone, adjusting the volume of the phone only increases the volume of the audio source. If the volume of the earbuds is not adjusted, music still low sound. The earphones volume need to be turned up through tapping the earphones.
People can’t hear you when making a call?
Please check your paired device list, turn on the call audio setting . You will get the earbuds connected for calls.
