This 2.5″ module occupies a smaller space and can be integrated into a system. A bracket is required to fix the 2.5″ module with the system, you can design your own bracket based on the space and the installed orientation. The above bracket design solutions for reference.
This trayless design 2.5” HDD enclosure supports 9.5mm & 7mm drives.
-When you are using 7mm drives, the drive will swing inside the slot since there is a gap between the drive and the upper case of the slot, be sure that the drive mates correctly with the receiving connector.
-When you are mounting the enclosure vertically and are using 9.5mm drives, be sure that the drive mates correctly with the receiving connector.
-When you are mounting the enclosure vertically and are using 7mm drives, the drive will swing inside the slot since there is a gap between the drive and the upper case of the slot, be sure to use 7mm to 9.5mm SSD Spacer for the drive.
