Why the LCD doesn’t work with Raspberry Pi?
Download the latest version of the system image on the Raspberry Pi official website write to the TF card, Make sure the system image in TF card is burnt correctly (Please refer to the WIKI:http://www.ingcool.com/wiki/7DP-CAPLCD?Amazon) The PWR will keep on and the ACT will keep blinking when the Raspberry Pi starts up successfully. it is possible that the image was burnt incorrectly OR the TF card was in bad contact if both of the two LEDs keep on.
What should I do if I connect to the PC with LCD and it cannot display normally?
Please check if you connect all the cables properly, connect the touch cable first and then the HDMI cable, replug them and test it again. You may need to restart PC if the PC doesn’t support hot-plug.
What should I do if the display flicker?
because of the low voltage problem of USB port, if you face such a problem,you can use a 5V/3A power adapter for the Raspberry Pi other than USB connection, otherwise the Pi may failed to start up.
What should I do if the screen has the ghosting problem?
Adjust the adjustable potentiometer on the back. After the desktop is displayed, adjust the potentiometer to the best display effect, and then leave the screen for a while and wait for the ghost to disappear (it may take several hours).
