Type C to Type C Direct Connection
Type-C connectivity—Upper Type C Port with its ability to transfer power, data, and video over a single cable. Horizontal and vertical screens meet your different needs
When connecting to the mobile phone via Type C cable, the screen will be displayed vertically and horizontally according to the settings of your mobile phone.
When connecting to the laptops, it needs to be adjusted manually. You can set the vertical screen on Menu-Display-Rotation to achieve the effect.

No software or drivers required, just connect your devices to the monitor with the type-c cable or hdmi cable(power your monitor if connected HDMI).

Please confirm your device is Display-port compatible or not, if so, this can work. If not, please check whether this device has an HDMI port or not. If yes, it can work.
