A2: Please make sure there is a fully-featured Type-C port on your laptop. Only the Fully-Featured Type-C port can be connected to Kogoda K1301R portable screen with just one USB-C to USB-C cable for signal and power.
Q3: My MacBook has only mini DP port. How do I connect it to Kogoda Second Screen for Laptop?
A3: Please get a mini DP to HDMI adapter. Connect it to Kogoda laptop monitor with the adapter and the included HDMI to mini HDMI cable for signal. Connect the USB-A to USB-C cable for power.
Q4: I’m not sure if my Android phone or iPhone can connect with Kogoda 13.3 inch external monitor.
A4: Kogoda 13.3 inch laptop screen can connect to the Android phone which has a fully-featured Type-C port. iPhone needs an adapter.
Q5: How do I know if I need an adapter or not?
A5: If your electronic device has a HDMI or fully-featured Type-C port, it means no adapter is needed. Otherwise you need to get an adapter to convert signal.
