The VESA mount plate has a clip-on clamp feature to easily mount the monitor. First screw the monitor to the VESA monitor stand plate then just click the clamp onto the arm bracket. The FLYTE monitor stand desk mount has an included instruction manual with a step by step guide, tools and hardware are included, for quick and efficient setup in less than 10 min.
