Relax for five minutes and make sure there’s no obstruction between your arm and the cuff.
WEAR THE CUFF
Fasten the cuff around your left arm. You should only be able to get one finger under the cuff.
Rest your arm and wrist at heart level to get precise results.
START THE MONITOR
Press the START/STOP button on the monitor to begin the inflation and wait for one minute.
READ YOUR RESULTS
Systolic and diastolic blood pressure are displayed in units of mmHg.
Your heart rate is also shown on the screen to better monitor your current state.
