Former SABC COO Hlaudi Motsoeneng suffered another defeat in the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) on Monday.

The SCA dismissed his application for condonation, with costs, to have his leave to appeal reinstated against a high court judgment ordering him to pay back more than R11 million to the media giant.

However, Motsoeneng hardly views the judgment as “bad news”.
