These days, a tablet holds just as much power as a laptop, and Apple’s iPad Air (5th generation) proves it. The fruit brand just debuted its latest iPad models this spring, and while that means that there are technically more advanced tablets available, it also means the older, but still impressive, iPads are available at deep discounts. This Memorial Day, the iPad Air (5th generation, 256GB) is down to $549.99. That’s $199 off and a 27% discount on the list price.
This model features 256GB of storage so you’ll have enough space for all your apps, photos, downloaded movies, and music. In Mashable’s review of the iPad Air by Stan Schroeder, he was thoroughly impressed by the performance. It scored a 4.5/5, earning it a Mashable Choice Award. Loaded with Apple’s M1 chip, it’s almost excessively powerful for your typical tablet needs of streaming shows, reading e-books, or browsing the web.
