River Edge recently celebrated its “Topping Out” construction milestone and commences the start of Honeycomb’s technical implementation.
River Edge, is a stunning five-story Class A office building located in the heart of Dallas’ Design District. This architectural masterpiece spans 145,525 square feet of premium office space, complemented by 10,110 square feet of ground-floor retail and an impressive 14,000 square feet of outdoor amenities. Recently celebrating its topping out, River Edge is poised to become the hub for the city’s creative class.

Honeycomb’s innovative building operating system will unify the building’s technologies into a single, user-friendly application, providing a centralized touchpoint for property managers, tenants, and occupants.
