Australia-India relations: female tech entrepreneurs eye Indian investment

After the free trade agreement between Australia and India was signed in April, the technology sector has emerged as a key pathway to strengthening commercial ties between the two nations.

The NSW government struck deals with four Indian technology companies during a trade visit in July designed to attract Indian technology investment into the state.

One of the deals was an agreement between deep tech accelerator Cicada Innovations and Indian-based space technology incubator Mach33.aero to support entrepreneurs in both nations to get their businesses off the ground.
