Add cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, milk, salt, and food colorings to a blender and blend until well combined. Add heavy cream and stir gently to combine.Pour mixture into an ice cream machine and run according to manufacturer’s instructions 20 minutes or until creamy. Scoop into a large sealable container and freeze about 30 minutes.Pour Black Raspberry Syrup and Coca-Cola into a float cup and stir gently to combine. Scoop ice cream into a piping bag with a star tip and swirl onto soda. Top with pearl sprinkles.
