Three suggestions on what we could do at this stage.
- One, we can say let the trial court dispose of the application filed under Order 7 Rule 11.
- Two, we have passed an interim order, that can continue until the application under Order 7 Rule 11 is disposed.
- And third thing, in a matter of fair amount of complexity and sensitivity, we are of the view that the suit should be heard by a District Judge.
We are not casting aspersions on the trial judge. But in a matter like this, a more seasoned hand is better. This will protect the interests of all parties

- The ministry has announced that a two-month-long “Har Ghar Dastak 2.0” campaign will be launched in June to accelerate the pace of COVID-19 vaccination coverage and saturate all eligible beneficiaries.

Cases of monkeypox have also been detected in Britain, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Sweden as well as in the United States and Canada, leading to fears that the disease — normally concentrated in Central and West Africa — may be spreading.

I was suspended on the basis that the Company had instructed Kroll to investigate the complaint.
I have neither seen the Kroll not Deloitte reports and not been given sufficient time to produce any documents requested by them.
Any report that comes out post my termination, would be vitiated as it seems to be instructed by conflicted parties and we will pursue our rights against this witch-hunt to the full extent of the law.
I will be speaking on record shortly with more details about the conflicts of interest in the manner this process was run.
