Operation before use
Before first using, you need to remove the plastic sheet, Simultaneously press and hold the button of left and right earbuds for 3 seconds to turn them on, and then find “Comiso E26” in your Bluetooth device to connect.
How to reset the wireless earbuds?
1. Delete the “Comiso E26” from the list of paired devices on your device.
2. Reset the main and sub earphones in turn. First, reset the flashing main earbud. Double-click and pause for 1 second, then five continuously clicks. When you hear the “Power off” prompt, it means the reset is successful.
3. Please repeat the step 2 with the sub earbud.
4. After the both earbuds are successfully reset, put them in the charging case and close the case.
5. Lastly, open the case and wait for 3 seconds, when one earbud light is flashing and the other light is off, please follow the “PAIRING” step to reconnect and use.
FAQ
1. Why is there sound on only one side of my earbuds?
Answer: Try to delete the pairing and then press and hold the non-working earbud button for 3 seconds to power on, then reconnect your device. Or try to delete the pairing and reconnecting to your device. If these attempts do not work, please contact our service team.
2. Why can I find 2 “Comiso E26” in the Bluetooth list of my device?
Answer: Please try to reset the earbuds. If these attempts do not work, please contact our service team.
3. Are wireless earbuds compatible with my gaming device?
Answer: COMISO E26 Gaming earbuds is compatible with all Bluetooth audio enabled devices including iOS, Android, Windows, Mac OS and Switch.
