How to use?
FIRST TIME PARING
Remove the earbuds from the charging caseTurn on Bluetooth settings in your phoneSelect “AutreBits MetaBuds ” and wait for the connection to success
AFTER PAIRED
Remove the earbuds from the charging case (Earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device)
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please remove the plastic film cover on the charging points of the earbuds and get them fully recharged before first use.Please try to reset your earbuds if the two earbuds cannot be paired with each other or your devices.ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLING (ANC) IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS MODEL

NO SOUND FROM ONE EARBUD
(1) Tap and hold 5 secs to manually turn on the earbuds. (2) Clean the charging pin and charge for 15 mins. (3) Reset the earbuds by following the reset instruction video in below.

TOUCH CONTROL IS TOO SENSITIVE
(1) When adjusting the wearing angle, please try to avoid touching the touch area. (2) When double-clicking or triple-clicking, you can try to be as fast as possible. A slow click will be recognized as a single click.
IS IT A REAL METAL CASE?
Yes, the earbuds charging case is made of aluminum alloy.
VOLUME IS TOO LOW
(1) Adjust phone volume. (2) Tap and hold RIGHT earbuds to increase volume. (3) Open the music player App and adjust the phone volume.
THE BUDS NOT IN BLUETOOTH LIST
(1) Tap and hold 5 secs for each side to manually turn on the earbuds. (2) Turn off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, put the headset back into the charging box and take it out again. Turn on Bluetooth and search again. (3) Reset the earbuds by following the reset instruction video in below.
INCONSISTENT VOLUME

CAN THE EARBUDS BE WASHED?
NO. You can clean it with wet cloth or Earbud Cleaning Putty.
IS THE CASE WATERPROOF?
NO. Only the ear pieces are IPX5 waterproof.
CAN 2 DEVICES BE CONNECTED?
The earbuds can be paired with multiple devices, but it can only be connected to one device at a time (usually the closest device or the last connected device). While in the same environment (<32ft), if you need to pair with another device, you need to turn off the Bluetooth of the previous device or unpair the earbuds from the saved Bluetooth devices.
THE SOUND IS CHOPPY?
If there are too many Bluetooth or other signals nearby, it may affect the communication of the earbuds and your phone. Cause disconnection or sound freeze and other situations.
