Note:

How Do You Reset and Reconnect The Earbuds?
1. Go to Bluetooth setting on your device to delete the earbuds Name, then close Bluetooth function.
2. Put the earbuds back into the charging box, and close the box.
3. Reopen the charging box, press and hold the button on it till red light flashing 3 times, connection record cleared.
4. Reopen Bluetooth function on your device and pair the earbuds again.
5. Still not working, contact seller (not Amazon) for further resolutions.
