Q1: Can’t use the touch function?
When the devices you connect with the monitor own a Type-C 3.1 port, you can get the touch function just using a type c to type c cable to connect
When you connect the device with the monitor through the mini HDMI port, please use the USB to type c cable to plug in the first Type-C port on the monitor for the touch function
Q2: Connection cable cannot be displayed?
Make sure that the Type-C connector is not connected to the first port, but to the second Type-C full-function port, and the original connector is only for the power supply
Q3: During the use of the second full-featured Type-C port, the display cannot be powered on?
PD protocol for outputting audio and video to laptops please confirm whether it is supported
The display needs Type-C to Type-C 3.1 and 1/2 cable, but the ordinary Type-C to Type-C 2.0 cable cannot work
Q4: Automatic repetition of display on/off?
The minimum power requirement of the display is 10W (5V/2A). This problem may occur when the original USB Type-C device has an insufficient power supply
Connect an external power supply to the first Type-C power port of the display.
Please lower the volume and brightness. If you turn up the volume and brightness, the power consumption will increase and there is the possibility of turning off the display
Q5: Display does not work on other Type-C to Type-C cables?
Please make sure that your laptop has USB Type-C3.1 port and supports PD protocol to output audio and video
The display needs Type-C to type-c3.1 and 1/2 cables. Ordinary Type-C to type-c2.0 cables does not work. Please use type-c to type-c3.1 cables included in the package instead of other cables
