It will NOT come in its original packaging but will include a certified cable and UL approved power adapter. Headsets, SIM card and manual are NOT included. Device is unlocked for all carriers, it will show the logo or splash screen from the carrier it was tested with. When you install your SIM the device will update to your carrier after power cycling.
