Why my phone doesn’t work with this item even though the phone model is in the compatible list?
You need to get your phone updated first, because the system is too low to support !
Compatible for any device with video output enabled USB C port (*DP Alt Mode), meaning all Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4, and USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 (or up) devices like USB-C 3.2, USB 4. For USB C 3.1 Gen 1 devices. please kindly check if they support DP Alt Mode.
